Teen Sailing Registration

To request a spot for your teenager in the Teen Sailing Program, please complete & submit this form.

After completing and submitting this Registration Form, the parent or guardian will also need to sign the Parental Release Form.

Your form will be received by our school office (open Monday to Friday).  They will confirm your registration by email.  If you have any questions, please call the school at 212-786-0400.
