ASA Certification is an option (but not required) at the end of your course. If you wish to get ASA certification, there is an additional fee of $40 which also includes 1 year membership in ASA. Check out their web site for more info www.asa.com. You can decide to sign up for the ASA at the completion of your course for a $50 fee.

Cool Sailing Gear! Our school offers students an opportunity to get some cool sailing gear at a discount. The gear will be mailed to you along with your course materials. You may by gloves at anytime at the North Cove Marina or during your Friday night lecture at North Cove.

I understand that sailing is a sport which involves risk such as injury, loss or damage. I understand that I share the responsibility for safety and agree to practice safe boating. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Manhattan Sailing School, Manhattan Yacht Club Inc., their agents, officers and employees from all claims of injury to person or property arising from my participation in sailing through Manhattan Sailing School.
Course Materials & Sailing Gear Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a priority mail box which contains your school manual, text book and sailing gear. The package may be too big for your home mailbox. If you would like your course materials sent to an another address (such as work) please include this address in the box below. All paid registrations must be used within two sailing seasons of purchase date on credit card receipt. No refunds will be processed after that time.
